What is your return policy?

We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!

If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 10 (ten) calendar days of when you received it. After 10 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements.

As long as the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition, there are no questions asked.

Exchange requests incur a $4.95 restocking and reshipping fee. Please double check your sizing before you purchase to prevent needing an exchange.

Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart.

Clearance items or gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

  1. If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) we will pay for return shipping.
  2. Otherwise (you ordered wrong size, changed your mind etc) you are responsible for the shipping of a return or exchange.

Depending on where you live and the item(s) being exchanged, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ask that you please be patient with this process because we want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item that you are exchanging.

 You may return the product for a refund, replacement/exchange or store credit (you choose) if:

  • You requested the return within 10 calendar days after delivery, and:
  • You have not used the product in any way

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Any item more than 10 calendar days after delivery
  • Any item that has been used or worn or washed
  • Any item that was purchased on Clearance

What is your return policy?

Please email us using the Contact form on the website. You will need your order number and the email you used when you placed your order.  Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us via email.
